LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, as it’s not possible to give adequate service in the remaining time. However, you can call ahead to let us know you may need to reschedule. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you’re needing to cancel your scheduled appointment, please give us reasonable notice 24h prior as a courtesy to both us and other clients waiting for an open appointment.
